Let me ask you something.

What are you thankful for?

As part of Alysa @ InspiredRD’s Project 365 Thanks, each and every day in 2012 I will make a conscious effort to be thankful for something. It could be big, it could be small. But I will make sure to express my gratitude and focus on the positive, even on the days when all that seems to come my way are the negative – as that is when our abilities to give thanks are truly tested.

So, for 365 days (there will actually be 366 this year as 2012 is a leap year – bonus!) I will tweet using hashtag #365thanks and express my gratitude. Additionally, I will also blog every Thursday about one topic that comes to mind when i think of giving thanks for that week.

Join me on my journey as I continually find reasons to express my thanks and live a life fueled by not on healthy eats and treats, but a tremendous amount of gratitude too.
